Smith Enterprise, Inc. Heavy Duty (HD) 30mm scope rings
are some of the most combat-tested rings available on the
market today. Unlike many competitors who use inferior
sintered (i.e. powdered) metal manufacturing techniques,
SEI’s HD rings are machined from solid 4140 CM steel for
long life and utterly precise installation. The low
configuration is designed to accommodate exit objectives
up to and including 44mm, when used in conjunction with
the SEI M14 Wire EDM NSN Mounts, P/N’s 2006 or 2008.
The medium height version, developed specifically for and
supplied to the US Army 25th ID, will accommodate rifle
scopes up to and including 50mm exit objectives, to
include those fitted with the KAC M14 RAS system and
employing the SEI M14 NSN scope mounts.
