Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time for items in stock will ship the same day. Our Sales Department is
open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday thru Friday and 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturdays.
Customer Service is open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday thru Friday.

You may place an order by calling, U.S. Mail, or on the web @ www.desertwarriorpducts.com If you have
questions about oversize or heavy items, or any other form of non-standard shipping, please contact us at
951-847-4558. For your protection - do not mail cash.
How We Ship
Most orders ship by UPS. Please review the Shipping & Handling Chart for shipping costs. Due to UPS
regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Small items
may ship via US Postal Service. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight. If you want to receive
merchandise faster, several optional Express methods of shipment are available at an additional cost.
Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or Money Order. Shipments
outside the US must be paid in U.S. Dollars and cannot be shipped COD (Credit Cards are the easiest
method of payment for Export Orders).
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a California address will be charged 7.75% Sales Tax.
Back Orders
Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely
manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for
orders which have not been shipped.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the
date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. We only specify that the product
not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include
shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Desert Warrior Products will pay for shipping on the
outbound replacement product only. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient
identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping
charges involved in returning goods.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be
refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the
damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at
the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please call DWP Customer Service at
951-847-4558 for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a
replacement.
We have made every effort to ensure that information in our catalog and on our web site is correct;
however, any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected
without prior notice.
