How to Order
You may place an order by calling, U.S. Mail, or on the web @ www.desertwarriorproducts.com. If you have
questions about oversize or heavy items, or any other form of non-standard shipping, please contact us at
sales@desertwarriorproducts.com For your protection - do not mail cash.
How We Ship
Most orders ship by USPS. Please review the Shipping & Handling Chart for shipping costs. Due to USPS
regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Some
items may ship via UPS due to delivery restrictions. If you want to receive merchandise faster, several
optional Express methods of shipment are available at an additional cost. Gun cases, stocks, and certain
other items can be dropped shipped direct from the manufacturer if not in stock. Method of shipment is up
to the manufacturer.
Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or Money Order. Processing and
confirmation of payments can take 48 hours through payment gateway. Shipments must be paid in U.S.
Dollars and cannot be shipped COD (Credit Cards are the easiest method of payment for Orders).
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a California address will be charged 8.75% Sales Tax.
Back Orders
Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely
manner. All orders, except for phone orders, are automatically charged when an order is placed through
the shopping cart, but will be refunded upon request if the back order is expected to be an extended time,
and the method of payment will be recharged upon shipment.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the
date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. We only specify that the product
not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include
shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Desert Warrior Products will pay for shipping on the
outbound replacement product only. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient
identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping
charges involved in returning goods.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be
refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the
damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at
the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please call DWP Customer Service at
sales@desertwarriorproducts.com for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make
arrangements for a replacement.
We have made every effort to ensure that information on our web site is correct; however, any
typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior
